The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
- Records of payments credited to on-line services (This does not include the payment details like bank account numbers or card details, but does include amount of payment, payment date, service the payment was credited to)
- Records of on-line activity while using our services (including your IP address, username, email address, authorization keys, date and time of activity, action performed)
- Information you send us by email (including sales enquiries, support enquiries)
- Information you provide to us when you phone (including your phone number, your name)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Signing up to our services
We use the information that you have given us in order to control access to our services. For example, the username and password provided when using our services, matches those given when signing up, or subsequently updated. We use the information you provide to notify you by email if further payment is required to continue to use our services, or at other times when you have asked us to contact you, for example specific events or activities relating to your service usage.
We may share this information with; Law enforcement when we receive a formal request to do so. With other people in your organisation.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

- We have a contractual obligation. If you request invoice terms.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in Amazon (AWS) London Datacentre.
We keep your data for the duration you maintain your account active with us. An active account is one which has pre-paid credit remaining or operating within agreed invoice terms. We keep your data for 3 months following your account becoming inactive. We keep a record of your contact details and if you kept your account in good order for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by instructing our on-line service to remove the data records relating to your account.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
- Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
- Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to object to processing - You DO NOT have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information, but you have the right to withdraw consent.
- Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. Please contact us at gdpr@rundaz.com if you wish to make a request.
